A discussion on the evolution of institutional rules

Young Arbitrators Sweden (YAS) and the German Arbitration Institute Initiative for Young Arbitrators (DIS40) invite you to attend a panel discussion and drinks at Törngren Magnell’s office in Stockholm.

The discussion will touch upon questions regarding the consequences that may come of arbitration institutions adopting more extensive and detailed arbitration rules, if the trend of increasing regulation within institutional arbitration is in the parties', practitioners' and proceedings best interest, and if ad hoc arbitration is a better alternative (if ever) to institutional arbitration and vice versa.

The discussion will be moderated by Alexander Foerster, Mannheimer Swartling.

After the discussion Törngren Magnell will treat us to drinks and a light buffet.

Date:      Monday 18 February 2019
Time:     17.30–20.30
