Stockholm: Global Trends in Arbitration

The Stockholm Centre for Commercial Law (SCCL) and the Oxford Institute of European and Comparative Law (IECL) will host their third joint biennial conference on international arbitration in Stockholm - Global Trends in Arbitration.

The third edition of this conference is set to highlight the latest developments and trends in international commercial arbitration in light of the experiences gained during the pandemic as well as looking at the future of investment treaty arbitration in Europe.

The conference will be held in central Stockholm and is divided into three sessions, in where the experienced and well-known speakers will discuss investor-state arbitration, “adequate dispute resolution” and topical issues in commercial arbitration. Secretary General Kristin Campbell-Wilson will present the SCC perspective, but also SCC's Chairperson Robin Oldenstam and SCC's Board members Chrina Balthag and Jonas Bengtsson are among the speakers.
