SCC in Almaty: What makes international arbitration user-friendly?
On 20 January 2020, the SCC, the Embassy of Sweden in Kazakhstan and Mannheimer Swartling law firm will jointly organize a conference in Almaty devoted to recent trends in international arbitration and the current state of Kazakh arbitration law and practice.
During the conference, renowned legal practitioners from both Sweden and Kazakhstan will discuss the practical aspects of arbitration with a focus on procedural mechanisms that make arbitration user-friendly. The program features arbitration experts including Kristin Campbell-Wilson (SCC), Fredrik Ringquist (Mannheimer Swartling), Aigoul Kenjebayeva (Dentons), Bakhyt Tukulov (GRATA International), Alexander Korobeinikov (Baker McKenzie) and Robin Rylander (Mannheimer Swartling).
