
Innovation and technology at the SCC FIAMC Conference
On 2 March 2020 in Frankfurt, the SCC in cooperation with Goethe University Frankfurt will organize a half-day conference on Innovation and Technology in Investment Arbitration: Trends and Challenges. The conference will be held in connection to the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot.
The conference will be dedicated to discussions of digitalization and automation trends in investment arbitrations, challenges that new technologies can face, inter alia from a data protection and cyber security perspective. New procedural and technical tools in SCC investment arbitrations, advocacy in investment arbitration proceedings and relation between digitalization and costs is panel topics to be discussed.
